Our goal is for you to have peace of mind while you are traveling and away from your home.  PVNeighbor is exactly what it says. One of your neighbors who actually lives in Paradise Valley, acts as a house sitter and checks in on your home daily to make sure everything is OK. After the inspection we'll text you a photo update of your property.

The daily inspection will include a walk of the property to :

• Ensure all gates and doors are locked and closed.

• Check for vandalism, storm damage or forced entry

• Ensure all windows are shut, unbroken/untampered with.

• No landscaping issues like downed trees/branches, irrigation lines.

• Pick up any trash that has blown into the property.

• Garage doors shut

• Confirm any exterior furniture is in place

• Ensure pool and water features are in good condition and not turning green or overflowing.

• Pick up mail, flyers, newspapers and packages.

• Ensure no alarms are activated.
